You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We provide job application platform access, profile visibility to employers, and recruitment support and coordination.
The platform must be used only for genuine job search purposes, and you must act responsibly and professionally at all times. You must ensure all submitted information is accurate — any false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Free users can apply to a maximum of 5 jobs. Premium membership (₹399) provides extended access and priority features, with a validity of 1 year from activation. See our Pricing Policy for full details.
All hiring processes, interview decisions, job offers, and employment terms are managed directly by employers. We do not influence hiring decisions and are not responsible for the outcome of an employer's hiring process. You must maintain proper conduct during interviews and communication — misconduct may lead to account suspension.
By registering, you consent to your profile being shared with employers for recruitment purposes. We handle your data responsibly, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You shall not provide false information, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or spam or misuse employer communication. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice in case of violations, with no refund provided.
We shall not be responsible for job selection or rejection, employer actions or decisions, or salary, work conditions, or employment continuation. All content on this website is the property of Sarwin HR Solutions or its licensors — you retain ownership of your submitted content (such as your resume), but grant us the right to use it to operate our matching and recruitment services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use of the platform or purchasing membership confirms your full acceptance of these Terms.
